card at random. Depending on that card's Entrance
Cost (Jutsus are considered to have 0 Entrance Cost)
one Ninja opposing the user gets -X/-X, where X =
that card's Entrance Cost. Note that the cost is
Colorless, so this card can actually be splashable.
