Shikamaru Nara
[Protector of the Will] is a Shikamaru that can
either be put as Maindeck material or just for the
Sideboard. By paying two Earth during the EoJ you
can name a Symbol and pick one Ninja. That Ninja
can't use any Jutsus (during that turn) that have
that Symbol you just named. So by saying "Void" you
can pretty much freeze a Pain Deck cold in its
tracks (that's just an example). Take note that the
effect's cost has to be paid in Earth Chakra, so
there's no way of getting around that. Putting a bit
of Control into an Earth Deck is fun. Try it and
see!
