Beastly Mage
Iou
If there ever was a Ninja that Weapon Decks love,
it's this guy. He's a T2 with 2/2-1/1, who's Leaf
and Weapon. When he's in play, and you put Ninjas
with the "Weapon" Combat Attribute in play, those
Ninjas get a +1/+1 Coin on them. His second effect
kicks in when any of your Teams with one or more
"Weapon" Ninjas wins an Outstanding Victory. If that
happens, you get a Battle Reward. For an Early-Turn
Ninja such as him, his effect is pretty good.
Remember that if a Ninja has two or more Combat
Attributes, if one of them is "Weapon" the effect
still applies. Remember that a lot of Ninjas such as
Temari and Tenten are Weapon Ninjas.

That Guy
The Toy Makers Card Friendly Cousin
Weapon Users have something to smile about...thanks
to Iou (Weapon Creator) you can all grab your trusty
kunai and shurikens off your shelves and polish
those bad boys off. Just kidding but seriously,
don't be surprised if you run into a Kunai or two
being played by an opponent who's main strategy is
revolving around the Weapon attribute...but I
digress from the main topic.
Iou is a solid support card, with fair stats
considering he's a turn two, but the effect is the
real beauty of this card. Any other weapon user who
comes into play will get a small +1/+1 boost, and if
any ninja team that has a weapon attribute ninja
with a +1/+1 coin on it wins an outstanding victory
you'll snag a prize. Consider that this effect could
have been limited solely to when Iou comes in play
means this guys coin ability will stack and as long
as you can keep Iou on the field is effect is
available.
The opportunities of gaining combat power in a
weapons deck is not only probable...it can sometimes
be the sole strategy of the deck. Either a small one
two combo or using Iou as key support for a whole
deck, this guy has some serious potential and will
definitely been seen around local shops...
