Nautiloid Ship extends the “all your graveyard is belong to me” design trope into a place accessible to colors other than black. At four mana, it’s not the most efficient way to remove someone’s graveyard, but you’re presumably hoping to take advantage of those cards if you’re including this in your deck. It’s also worth noting that it scales well to the power level of your playgroup – that one deck that’s trying to reanimate things like Terastodon and Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger is going to have to be careful about when and how they set up.

Constructed: 2/5 (I’m thinking it doesn’t quite beat out the similar Unlicensed Hearse, but it can do good things)
Casual: 3/5
Limited: 4/5 (even if there hasn’t been much mid-game attrition, it’s still a 5/5 flying vehicle)
Multiplayer: 3/5
Commander [EDH]: 3/5

A weird mix of graveyard hate and reanimation, be it for your things or for things belonging to others, Nautiloid Ship is rather intriguing in all, and it even brings a decent body with which to commence the re-tentacling. Four mana isn’t the most efficient way to clean out a graveyard, but it is colorless and an artifact (which lends it a healthy amount of support), and it can dodge a lot of creature removal at sorcery speed unless you expose it as such. I think this is the kind of card that begs for a way to break it in half, like giving it double strike to get all of the things back…but a 5/5 with flying might be enough of a threat to kill without the reanimation. Cards like this are intriguing puzzles waiting for solution, and while I don’t know how it, exactly, will be solved, it’s at least a clearly effective bit of pinpoint graveyard hate with some fun to offer besides that.

Constructed: 2 (probably too slow, but weird cards can sometimes surprise)
Casual: 3
Limited: 4 (honestly, being a 5/5 flying creature might be enough on its own)
Multiplayer: 3.5
Commander [EDH]: 4
