How to Cheat --
This card seems pretty solid. It gives a
decent-sized bonus to both Magic and Agility, and if
you are playing a Book deck, you have decent odds of
the card essentially letting you draw three cards.
So, in short, win a contest, Bank a card for 2, Draw
3 Cards. However, like any other card that mentions
specific card types, How to Cheat is limited to
being played only in specific decks, so I can't give
it a horrendously high rating.

I will say this in
one word: crappy. Why do I say it’s crappy? Well,
for starters, its effect is nearly useless. Even in
a book deck, chances are you will have to discard
all of them. Plus it’s a book, meaning it has very
little bank value. The only good thing about it is
that it gives out good stat boosts, but there are
better ways to get a good boost in Intelligence and
Agility.
I give it a 1/5. It’s crappy, even in book decks.
