To play this in a contest,
you need a Water Neopet.
2/100 MI HoloFoil
You may have noticed one
fishy little detail last
Friday when Noah clued you
in to the fact that we were
going to do a Negg today:
there's only one new Negg in
the entire set of Mystery
Island! That is, of course,
Fish Negg. Yes, my sense of
humor is pitiful, but you
haven't seen the flavor text
of Fish Negg yet...
Anyway, this Negg has only
two purposes in life: 1)
Negg decks, 2) Item decks.
I suggest you only use it in
#1 because there are much
better cards for the Item
decks. In a well-made negg
deck, about 50% of the cards
are Neggs, so you have about
a 50% chance of this effect
working. If it doesn't
work, this negg can still
count towards the goal of
having four neggs with
different names, but the
simple one bank point is
pitiful.
At least it looks cool!
Ratings:
As far as I can come up
with, Negg Decks only!
Because it's a risky
card, the best I can
give it is a 2.3 of 5.

+0 "To play this in a contest, you need a Water
Neopet.
When you bank this card with a Water Neopet or Hero,
reveal the top card of your deck. If it's a Negg,
you may bank it."
Bank: 1
We start the week off with a nifty little Negg. To
tell the truth, there isn't a whole lot to say about
it, really. Its stat boosts are actually awesome at
5 in Agility and Magic. These stats can only be
utilized by Water Neopets, though, and the effect
can only be used when your Water Neopet or Hero wins
a contest. However, you'll want to bank it just for
the effect, even though its bank stat is very low at
1 (perfect for Retribution).
When you bank this card, you get to look at the top
card of your deck. Then, if it is a Negg, you get
the chance to bank it. Notice you don't HAVE to bank
it. So if you pull up another one of these, you can
place it back on the top of your deck. There are
plenty of other Items you can use to make the most
of this card's effect. Any of the many Items that
look at the top X cards of your deck and allow you
to place them in any order will help immensely with
this.
4.2/5 (Heavy Negg deck) - This will allow you to
easily make use of many of the Negg's abilities,
including Happy Negg, and will help you get the
necessary amounts of Neggs for the Blue and Green
Negg's effects. From what I understand, it doesn't
get around the Golden Negg's negative effect,
although that isn't a big deal. The Fish Negg helps
out Negg decks so much.
