Some people may
automatically go to Poogle Racers and Quiggle
Runners when they consider having Water in their
decks, but there is a distinct reason for this
guys existance. Since Heroes cannot tap to move,
they usually get stuck in one arena, and you
usually end up finding you want them somewhere
else (assuming you're playing a deck to keep
Heroes in play). Well, this guy can move them for
you. The only downside is you have to tap the
Jetsam Ace. But, let's be honest, for a Jetsam,
this is one weak fish, and you probably won't be
using him for all that many contests anyway.
Ratings:
As usual, he's got his ups and downs. I can't
say that he's useful enough to make any of my
decks, but I could see it happening in some
others. I'll give him a 1.9 of 5.
