Cooty’s usefulness
depends on one question: Can you still bank or draw
a card after using Cooty’s effect? If the answer is
yes, then this card has potential in Petpet decks,
but if the answer is no, then this card is crap. I’m
going to assume that the answer is yes, though. The
ability to bank 2 cards in one contest, or bank a
card and draw another card in one contest can prove
devastating to your opponent.
I give this card a 3.8/5. The rulings for this card
is kind of unclear to me, but if my assumption is
correct, then it should be pretty good in Petpet
decks.
