Hm, I did a review
for Jeran earlier that said that there are
a lot of better Heroes that you can play over Jeran.
This is not one of those Heroes. Barring a slightly
above average strength, isn't it better to just have
an Experienced Neopet in your deck over this guy? I
might be missing something, but General Kass just
seems weak. Props for cool artwork though, so I'll
say:
