This card is pretty good for Weapon Decks.
The ability to search for any equipment card
is good for them. It’s also pretty good in
the Agility and Intelligence Arenas. Also,
this card’s 2nd ability will
prevent it from wasting any equipment,
making it very useful. The only downside is
that it’s Earth, and Weapons decks usually
use only Fire and Air (Draik Soldier and
Battle JubJub/Blumaroo Squire); so unless
you want to switch out Battle JubJub or
Blumaroo Squire for an Earth-type pet or a
Rainbow Pteri, you won’t be able to use this
card in you Weapon Deck.
Rating: 3/5 This card would’ve gotten a
higher rating if it was also a Fire or
Air-type hero, but it’s still a good card to
consider when building a Weapons Deck.

To play this, tap one of your Earth Neopets. When you play this card, search your deck for an Equipment, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your deck. When this Hero leaves play, you may choose an Equipment attached to this Hero and bank it.
12/150 HatIC HoloFoil
In a sea of heroes that are mostly useless, it's nice to come across one like this that has some use. Hannah the Cursed isn't just a hero with nice stats in agility and intelligence, but she has an effect that makes it worth tapping a pet to put her out.
When you bring Hannah into play, you can search for ANY equipment in your deck, whether it's a petpet, weapon, or anything else. Although Blumaroo Squire is a nice way to fetch Equipments, Hannah the Curse can help you get that ability faster, and actually puts the equipment into your hand. Her second effect is only semi-useful, as most people won't bother to equip a hero for just one turn. But, if you have a pet in an arena that isn't likely to win, you can bank an equip for free by tapping that pet to put the equip on Hannah. When she disappears, score!
Ratings:
As far as Heroes go, Hannah the Cursed will at least be useful in some decks. Sadly, earth isn't considered one of the most powerful decks for the time being, but it definately has it's power cards. I still rank Hannah the Cursed at 3.8 of 5.

Hannah and the Ice Caves 12/150 Holo Rare
Rating: 3.6
Hannah the Cursed, the central character in the
newest Neopets plot and trading card game expansion,
has several things going for her, even though she's
a Hero, which seem to be an ignored card type for
the most part.
Hannah has decent stats in agility and intelligence,
but that isn't why I'd use her.
This Hero has the ability to attach any one
Equipment from your deck onto this card when you put
it into play. Even better yet, when Hannah the
Cursed leaves play, you may choose an Equipment
attached to her and bank it! In other words, if you
win a contest with her, you get to bank or draw, and
bank an extra card at the end of your turn! If you
lose a contest with Hannah, you STILL get to bank
the Equipment at the end of your turn! This is a
very helpful ability.
Hannah the Cursed may work well with heavy Equipment
decks that contain a lot of Equipment with a bank
point value of three. Earth has a few helpful
options for Equipment decks such as Put on Display
or Mynci Inventor.
Although this card is a Hero (probably my least
favorite card type), I believe there might be a spot
for Hannah the Cursed in Equipment based decks.
