I can see this card being played in a lot of
Poogle Decks in
place of Giant Snowball. It’s a Faerie, so
of course it’s going to have an outrageous
Magic stat. It also has a good Intelligence
stat, making it somewhat versatile. The
only downside I see is that it’s a Hero; but
the effect and stats make it worthwhile.
Rating: 4/5 in Poogle
Decks. Cramming all your opponent’s pets
into one arena while getting freebies from
the other arenas is pretty much the entire
point of a Poogle
Deck, so heck yea this is a good card!

Strangely enough, we have yet another useful hero ;) There are a lot of Water cards and pets that work with the theme of moving opponent's around and not letting them untap (such as Monsoon and Slorg Trails). Taelia offers not only an awesome boost in Magic and Intelligence, but also prevents one of your opponen'ts pets from untapping on your next turn. That pet doesn't even have to be in the same arena, it can be any pet your opponent controls!
Granted there is still that cost as with almost any hero, where you have to use a card draw to get it, and tap a pet to put it out. Most likely though, you'll be able to win a contest you otherwise may not have, getting another draw (or bank), and you can prevent your opponent from a win as well by keeping their strongest pet tapped.
As usual, Water seems to blend well with Fire in Neopets. Taelia can be a lot of fun with Self-Destruct Sequence...
Ratings:
Neopets did a good job increasing the strength and usefullness of Heroes in the Hannah set, and Taelia the Snow Faerie is an example of this. If you're playing Water, especially with any type of stalling theme, Taelia is worth considering. 3.6 of 5.

Guess whos back!????
Wow guys im real sorry about my lack of reviews
I've just been super busy with school and work,
but im back, so its time for me to review once
again!
We're ending the
week with a card most of us have been wanting,
Taelia the Snow Faerie. The site never really
tells us how strong she is but by the looks of
her card shes pretty darn strong. Her 23 magic
is great and her 17 Intelegence is pretty good
too. This card is definitally a good addition to
all water lovers.
But, what i like the
most is her effect. She allows you to stall for
one turn which is always a good thing. Not too
complicated right? Ok, now to my favorite part
of reviewing..............THE PROS AND CONS
Pros+
Effect
23 Magic
17 Intelegence
Cons-
3 Strength
I give this card a
grand score of 4/5 Although she is good she isnt
for everybody.

Hannah and the Ice Caves 26/150 Holo Rare
Rating: 3.4
In Hannah and the Ice Caves, we're seeing a lot of
Heroes with better abilities, making Heroes more
useable in decks. Taelia is no exception. With a 23
in magic and a 17 in intelligence, this snow faerie
has some options.
Her ability adds to this.
The ability to keep one of your opponent's Neopets
from untapping is always useful. If you consider
Taelia's faerie type, she fits right in with Water's
theme of versatility and movement. Taelia is in the
right place with Poogle Racers, Faerie Poogles,
Peophin Waveriders, Monsoon, Slorg Trails, and other
Water based cards. Taelia can be used for a win in
magic or intelligence, and then can stop its
opponent from untapping on the next turn. Not a bad
option.
Although this card is a Water type and is a perfect
complement to Poogle Racer decks, keeping your
opponent from untapping is a great ability in any
deck. Heroes just keep getting better.
