If you’re going to use Jelly World and the Jelly pets, then you must have three copies of this guy in your deck.  This card will give your pets a massive power boost in the Jelly Arena.  Let’s see.  If you use this card on a Jelly Shoyru in the “Jelly Arena”, the Shoyru’s 14 will become 17, and then he will get another +5 from the Puppyblew’s effect.  That’s going to leave the Shoyru at an amazing 22 in Magic!
