Today we’ll hit off the busiest shopping day of
the year with a card called Armin the Small.
This guy is a must have in decks that uses
Boris. The ability to search for any card in
your deck and actually put it into your hand is
too good to miss. This card also has nicely
rounded stats as well. He can hold himself in
almost every arena, making him very versatile.
The weakness: this is more of an early-game
card. As of now, the only good Bori card to get
is Bori Miner, so that means Armin will be
useless if you already got your Bori Miners;
but, like I said in the review for Keeper of
Time (by the way, you can also get Keeper
earlier with Armin), this card could become more
useful when future sets are released, which
could mean more Bori cards.
Rating: 4/5 in decks that uses Boris. Other than
the possibly temporary weakness this card has,
it has so much combo potential. You can search
for any Bori in your deck; and actually put it
into your hand. How cool is that? You can even
search for other Armins! Sure, it might not
sound as great now, but wait till a few more
sets to come out. You will soon see that this
card will be the Witch of the Black Forest for
Boris (it’s a Yu-Gi-Oh thing ^_^).
