The New STAR WARS ATTACKTIX Series 4 and TRANSFORMERS ATTACKTIX Series 1 are now available. And, the New Starship Battles fly into the world of Star Wars Mini’s. ALL 291 episodes of DBZ have been digitally remastered in high-def. In gaming news; Inuyasha: Secret of the Divine Jewel has been announced for DS and NARUTO: Uzumaki Chronicles is now on store shelves. Nintendo finally gives the rollout schedule for their Wii Channels services. The Wii itself goes on sale Sunday morning. You can upgrade Your DS LITE to be an MP3 player. PlayStation 3 still faces some compatibility issues with PS2 games. WoW: The Burning Crusade release date is confirmed. Konami is now shipping Yu-Gi-Oh! for the PSP. This week, it looks like Microsoft will allow movie downloading AND TV on the Xbox 360. We also found images of Halo 3 Legendary Edition. It was Worldwide Dungeons and Dragons Game Day, check out the fun! There's a couple new TCG's coming at you. First is Universal Fighting System's interesting single character deck format. Next is Xeko TCG where kids, and adults, can have fun and learn about our environment. The World of Warcraft expansion set is due out very soon. And, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon launches across Europe this week! Check it all out!! In a switch, it turns out there will be NO wireless guitars for Xbox 360... yet. But, SixAx is to make a rumbler for the PS3. In a surprise move, Blizzard has banned an entire World of Warcraft Guild. And, they've launched a complete and official Warcraft Encyclopedia. In other WoW news, one gamer claims that World of Warcraft can cure obesity?!? Time to start my diet!!! Wednesday, November 1, 2006 We have our very first World of Warcraft TCG Card of the Day reviews today on our new World of Warcraft site. Today we're reviewing one of the popular "Loot cards". Friday, October 27, 2006 Pojo's Friday News has a few bits and bites to mull over this weekend. The shooter Postal III returns for another spree. The big news is that the WoW trading card game is out! We also have a review on World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade beta -- Hellfire Citadel. In other gaming news we have news and reviews on Neverwinter Nights 2 going gold, The Demon Sands for Dungeons & Dragons Online and a PS2 Review of the controversial new game Bully. More trouble for Sony which will replace burnt-out Sixaxis controllers. And, Pokemon is back on top in Japanese charts. Also, Congrats to Robert Hatch of Wilmington, California who captured first place at Dreamblade's Dream Series $10k Championship in Chicago. More details here. Score Entertainment was named the official trading card game licensor for Shonen Jump's BLEACH. Chaotic, the Interactive trading card animation series, will premieres Oct 7th. Master of Maya the game is on its way to mobile phones. The Florida Xbox Killers were sentenced to death -- nuff said there. Microsoft will be fixing your "Triple-Red Light Syndrome" 2005 Xbox 360s for free. Turbine Presents Stormreach Under Siege for Dungeons & Dragons Online. Senior VP of product development at Blizzard takes us through the Dark Portal of World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade. World Of Warcraft will also be hitting South Park's season opener. The first one isn't really even news, Microsoft is being sued... again. This time for its Xbox Live. They are however offering free repairs for all 2005 Xbox 360s. We hear from author Douglas W. Clark on his new novel "Saving Solace," published by Wizards of the Coast. We ask the burning question, "Just how profitable is World of Warcraft?" Very! Ultimate Masters -- World Championship Tournament 2006. Microsoft will be launching a cheaper Xbox 360 in Japan. Some techno geek crammed an Xbox 360 into laptop form. Our new game feature, World of Warcraft, gets some good ink in NEWSWEEK magazine. And, the 'World of Warcraft' summer movie contest is extended by two weeks. We have more on Xbox 360 backward compatibility. XHottie Jessica Simpson will be on Xbox Live. Sony might be introducing a PlayStation phone. The new Pokemon game gets an exclusive DS Lite. And, GEN CON 2006 was a big hit in its 39th year. Friday, September 08, 2006 We have a couple of Star Wars Mini Bounty Hunter exclusives to show you thanks to our friends at Wizards of the Coast. Check out our Star Wars Mini's site today to see Jango Fett, Bounty Hunter. Yesterday it was Mandalorian Commander. More coming next week! Tuesday, September 05, 2006 We have some new details on the next Pokemon TCG expansion on our Pokemon Site today. Friday, September 01, 2006 There's another new Trading Card Game in town. This one is called "The Spoils". This is a tournament card game, and kind of a step up from Pokemon, YuGiOh, and Duel Masters as there will be money tournaments you can enter. Right now the game is being Beta Tested, and you can actually join in on the testing. Scott Gerhardt has an Introduction to The Spoils today. We've tried it and it's mucho fun. Check it out. The news briefs are brief this week in Pojo's Friday News, so let's get to it. Graphic novels are now the hot new library item. "Yu-Gi-Oh! Capsule Monsters" is reviewed. Microsoft announces some new wireless accessories for the Xbox 360. Sony introduces Mylo. Mylo stands for ‘my life online’ and is Sony’s first wireless gadget emergence for handheld and small-gadget friendly users. Naruto's Ninja Council and Clash of Ninja is price dropping down to $20. There's all New episodes of Pokémon Battle Frontier beginning September 9. And, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team is reviewed. |
