This, now this is useful.  The French have historically gotten the shaft when it comes to 1 masters, I mean, one of them is 17 frakking points?  Go figure.  What we have here is a reasonable point cost, with a decent ability, and decent stats.  Oh sure that 4L cannon isn’t going to hit but a third of the time, which is why you would need some sort of cannon help.  In fact you could even add a Marine or a Cannoneer to get a second gun on there, or, use a smokepot or chainshot to knock out your opponent and swoop in with a big gunner to finish them.  This ship I can see getting some serious consideration in tournaments.
