It’s a catch-up week here at Pojo,
we’ll take a look at a couple of Spanish ships today
and Friday, and our Crew-Fer on Wednesday will be
Topnwe’s choices from the little contest I ran
awhile back.
I chose this vessel because it has an
LE counterpart that many of your who participated in
WizKids Pirates Plunder program probably received in
the mail in exchange for a few dubloons and some
useless foil wrappers.
So how good is she? Eh. A 12 point
three master is pretty expensive, even though her
ability is fantastic, it’s just too bloody
expensive. Sure, I like the 2S guns, but only three
of them? And only four cargo? No, she’s not going
to end up in any Spanish fleet that I make. But I’m
far from the best Spanish player out there. In
fact, I don’t think I’ve ever made a Spanish fleet.
I know the Spanish have quite a few adherents
though, and they seem to enjoy playing her.
As an uncommon, the first edition and
the unlimited edition sell for a couple bucks or
less. The LE, which has now been WIDELY
distributed, goes for about $4-6.
