Three points...doesn't take up a cargo space AND
links to Friday's ship...that is already sounding
pretty nice. When you reveal him, you get to pick a
crew piece that costs 2 or less from outside the
game and add it to the ship he's on. This can let
you get around the build total if you so desire (and
that's kinda the point). A good choice for this
would be a Helmsman, IMO. There's really not much
more to say...use this guy in standard 40 or 50
point games if you feel like it. He's unnecessary in
larger games as you should have plenty of points to
work with. If it weren't for the link, he'd be
worthless.

Chang Pao
Again, a crew that goes well with Friday's ship (you
can probably guess what it is by now if you've been
paying attention). For four points you get +1 to
your shots against everything except Jade Rebellion.
This is a very straightforward and useful ability.
Put him on a gunship that already has very good
cannons to make them deadly.
That's about all he can be used for. Four points
seems like a bit much, but the Jade Rebellion lacks
a sacrifice captain so it'll be fine.
