Flavor Text - Ms. Cheng’s flagship is a symbol of the Jade Rebellion’s ruthlessness and desperation. She takes great delight in hunting and sinking previously damaged ships..

Our first indication that this set would be vastly different from the previous sets was the leak that there would be SIX masted ships in this game.  Speculation soon ran wild, how many Six-Masters (we now know, there are six), which factions would get them (Only the Jade Rebellion), and how rare are they (same as any other rare, 3 cards). 

The Junk keyword states that none of your masts block line of fire, which is great, because these masts are so close together when built, you’d pretty much have to shoot through them.

So how is this bad-boy anyway?  Well, not bad.  Not great, but not bad.  At 15 points she’s costed appropriately for what you get.  Sure six cannons are great, especially since five of them have a 50% chance to hit.  But only 4 cargo, and that 1 S movement is going to be a heavy drawback.  However, when you add the link, Ms. Cheng, you get some extra cargo slots for crew.  She’s a 0-point Limit/Ransom character who gives you a second fixed and third variable link and also re-rolls any one die roll.  Not too shabby.  This ship would have to have a captain on board, and a helmsman as well, just to make her competitive.  Would I use her as a primary attacker?  No.  Probably not.  But in a large game, she’s golden.
