Name: Dragon Eyes
Set: POSCS
Card #s: 027B
Rarity: Common
Type: Crew
Cost: 10 Points
Faction: Jade Rebellion
Link: The Nameless
Ability –
This ship may move and shoot using
the same move action. If this ship wins a boarding
party, she may capture the crew with the highest
point cost instead of eliminating it. This captured
crew becomes cargo worth its point cost in gold when
unloaded at your home island.
Flavor Text - The real name of Dragon
Eyes is kept by the sea. Those who survive his
attacks claim that he is really a dragon in human
form…and the captives he takes, well, they are just
food.
The SINGLE most expensive crew in the
entire game. 10 points, and he isn’t even a
marine! Wow. Then again, you get a move and shoot,
and a cool boarding bonus. Is he worth 10 points?
Heck no, but wouldn’t it be cool to use at least
once?
Plus, have you noticed that this set
has the pall of darkness over it. Sure we all know
that Pirares of Davy Jone’s Curse is going to be a
dark set, but this one has quite a few dark pieces
as well…Headhunter anyone?

Name: The Nameless
Set: POSCS
Card #s: 028A
Rarity: Common
Type: Crew
Cost: 4 Points
Faction: Jade Rebellion
Link: Dragon Eyes
Ability –
This ship gets +1 to her boarding
rolls.
Flavor Text - Dragon Eyes’ crew is a
group as soulless as he. They never speak, they
never get captured—and they never lose.
Linked to Dragon Eyes above, this
NINJA gives you +1 to boarding rolls for 4 points.
So basically you’re paying 4 for a +1. Not my idea
of smart balancing. At least he takes up no cargo,
IF you’re using him in conjunction with his link.
Then again, for 14 points you move and shoot, +1 to
boarding, and after winning a boarding you get gold
equivilent to the highest captured crew. Eh.
