The Ningpo was once known as the Sea Serpent, and
boy, has she gone downhill. Cargo and speed rule her
out as a gold ship. You might as well use her
ability as often as possible - her chances of
landing one hit at
S+S range are 33%, the same as at L range.
Seven points for a ship means you ought to at least
take one good look at her, though. And with the
scales painted all over her hull, she looks quite
distinctive. Ningpo is no great ship, but she's
worth her point cost, if you can think of something
useful to do with her.
