Ability: Once per turn, you may reroll any die roll
you make for this ship; you must use the second die
roll result.
The Pirates did well in Ocean's Edge - they got one
of every new ship and monster type. This one is
almost identical to the other catamaran, the HMS
Hermes. The only differences are in the cannons (the
Pirate has L-range guns instead of S-range) and the
ability (Hermes ignores terrain). Her ability is a
good one for a catamaran; you can reroll the "cat"
roll that makes the first shot miss, or use the
reroll on her cannons if it's too late for that.
This gives the Skipping Stone a second role as an
auxiliary fighter, if you don't want to use her for
gold running in hostile waters.

HMS Hermes and apply
everything I said to this ship as well.
