Poor Adams
Today's ship is a four-mast Cursed ship and those
tend to be well-priced fighters. The problem with
Poor Adams is that its stats and one of its
abilities are at odds with each other.
By the looks of things though, Poor Adams is
definitely a fighter. It has just three cargo spaces
which are better filled with crew rather than gold.
Its guns are also that good old two 3S and two 3L
mix that's common on four-mast ships. It also has
the Eternal keyword, so even it Poor Adams is taken
down, it can rise from the grave to strike again,
making her a great place to put your crew. Like
other fighting ships, Poor Adams only has "L" for
the base move.
What is inappropriate on Poor Adams is its other
ability: it has the ability to dock at an enemy home
island and steal one treasure. The problem with this
is that Poor Adams has little room for treasure and
doesn't have the speed to get away with that
treasure.
Weird ability aside, the Poor Adams is a good boat
for 16 points. That useless "dock at enemy island"
ability jacks the cost up though.
