HMS Burma is similar to many of the other
special-edition ships that can be found,
pre-assembled, in value boxes. Nearly identical
ships include USS Seattle, Neptune, and Hangman's
Noose. Hey, if you've found a winning combination,
why change it?
Without the gunnery bonus, this would be a solid but
unexceptional fighting ship. With the bonus, she's
pretty good; her hit percentages rise to 267 and133.
A Helmsman and Captain is all the crew she needs,
but there are plenty of other options if you're
inclined to max her out.
One amusing possibility would be Hermione Gold (RF)
for the Captain and Helmsman abilities, and Griffin
(RF) for another +1 on cannons and another +S to her
move. Costly, but very scary.
I've used HMS Burma several times, and I've found
her quite effective (except that icebergs tend to
follow her around for some reason). The Royal Navy
has plenty of good fighters, and this is one of
them.
