Ability: When this ship hits another ship, you
choose which mast is eliminated.
The Pirates aren't renowned for their fighting
ships, but they do have a few, and here's one of
them. With her guns and her ability, the Centurion
is clearly meant for battle.
She'll need the usual crew (Captain and Helmsman) to
succeed. She won't fight quite as well as some other
Pirate ten-pointers, like the Empress, Pioneer, HMS
Rickets, or (of course) the Darkhawk II. But she'll
fight better than some others I could name, like the
Devil's Kiss, Poison Dagger, or Hanyu Pinyin. She
isn't a stunning fighter, just an adequate one. If
you're looking for a ship that you haven't used yet,
but which won't give the game to your enemy, the
Centurion won't be a bad choice.
