Okay, now THIS is more like it! Yesterday's ship was easily the worst ship we looked at all week. This one is the best.

France has a bunch of small, inexpensive gold ships with impressive speed and cargo. This one costs a couple of points more than L'Intrepide or Le Bon Marin, but those extra points pay for an ability that is one of the best for a gold ship. Better yet, she's a Common, so she's easy to get. (Why, oh why couldn't the Americans get just one ship like this?)

The bottom line: La Dijon is a worthy addition to any French fleet, and an excellent value as well. If you own this ship and haven't used her, why not?
