HeroClix Collector’s Club Continues Support Of
Brick-And-Mortar Retail Stores

November 18, 2005 (SEATTLE) — WizKids Inc., creator of the runaway hit games HeroClix® and Pirates of the Spanish Main™, is proud to announce the debut of the HeroClix Collector’s Club, a program designed to support traditional brick-and-mortar gaming stores by offering customers who purchase from those stores opportunities to purchase special collector’s pieces.

“The HeroClix Collector’s Club is a follow-up program to the recently announced MechWarrior® Officer’s Club,” said Mike Samora, vice president of Sales and Marketing at WizKids®.  “What began with the “Buy It By the Brick” program has evolved into a club that supports customers who support their local retailers.”  Beginning in February with the release of the DC HeroClix: Collateral Damage set, customers who purchase a shrink-wrapped “brick” of 12 Collateral Damage Boosters and send in for the exclusive KRYPTO collector’s edition figure will be enrolled in the HeroClix Collector’s Club.  Their membership will give them the opportunity to purchase Collector’s Sets of HeroClix figures before they become generally available, at a reduced price.
