Strategy

This is a stereotypical kingdra build with Kyogre as the starter to drizzle on to pokemon who need it and its attack tosses water energy into the discard pile for Kingdra and can do 60 damage T2. Bibarel is the early-mid game hitter. An early 60 is hard to deal with. Then, Kingdra comes out at around the middle of the game to do 60s with the occasional 100 or so. Suicune revives pokemon from the discard pile because around 95% of the pokemon are water type. Unown G for protection. Everyone knows Claydol's purpose.

Welcome on and all back to Rocket Boss's Garage.  We're looking at what was once the top of the line deck, and still a formidable oppenent, the lethal turn 2 Kingdra deck.  A deck that has been refined by many, as this deck has, is becoming much easier to set up a good build for, just as Jacob did here.  There are only a few minor changes I would make to this deck, based on what I realized in the current metagame and from seeing this deck played often.  The Pokemon are great, I personally would cut back on Bibarel a bit, in favor of adding some more Kingdra to the dance.  Kingdra is easy to swarm and should be played to swarm, so let's get rid of 1/1 Bibarel and add 1/0/1 Kingdra (add another Seadra if you feel the need, but with Claydol and 3 Rare Candy it should be fine).  With the trainers in this deck the only thing I would change is a change that should be set into any deck, stadium cards.  A card that would work well in this deck is Dawn Stadium, it will keep status off of your Pokemon so you can make that attack, or retreat to send in your next 60hp hitter.  It was a hard decision to make, so let's just cut out one of each of the following: Cynthia, Oak and Buck.  This leaves us with:
