Welcome to the Hollow for a special day—a double feature! This one is an unlimited deck, but with many cards from current sets. Let me see what I can do to make this even better:
------------------------------
My name is Nic. I am not very good at pokemon. My deck, Magphlocatty, is in the unlimited format. I have a VERY limited budget. Please help. I play against all different types of decks from diamond and pearl, but i don't know all the sets and numbers.

------------------------------
Alright, so we have a now unlimited version of Magmortar/Typhlosion. I played something very similar to this last year, so I can definitely help out.
Pokemon: OK, the main attacker will be Magmortar, with the Typhlosions helping on the bench to restore energy. Let’s take out the Stantler in favor of another Skitty and Delcatty. Make sure you use Skitty from Legends Awakened, it will help you avoid donks should you have to start with it. Use the Magmar from Mysterious Treasures (IMO it is a better starter than the SW version). Just as a note, the Delcatty is from Power Keepers and the Typhlosion Ex is from Unseen Forces.
3 Magmar SW à 3 Magmar MT
-4 Stantler
+1 Skitty LA
+1 Delcatty PK
Energy: Because we have Typhlosion, let’s eliminate a little energy in favor of more draw power. Take out the Holon FF and add another Scramble Energy to help Magmortar if you fall behind.
-3 Fire Energy
-1 Holon FF Energy
+1 Scramble Energy
Trainers: We should definitely max out on Rare Candy here: it will be necessary for getting quick Typhlosions. Take out the Master Ball, Quick Ball, and Dusk Ball. Take out the Pokemon Trader, Felicity’s Drawing, Cynthia’s Feelings, Scott, Steven’s Advice, and Roseanne’s Research in favor of a better draw engine. First, let’s add 2 Holon Mentor, which are better here than Roseanne because of the discarding ability, plus it gets 3 basics. Add 3 TV Reporter to replace the Felicity’s as pure draw: I believe these are better because they allow you to draw into energy that you can then discard. Add another Holon Lass to help get energy. To round out the supporters, take out Night Maintenance in favor of 2 Holon Farmer: they are much better and will benefit you late game. Now, we can add some stuff that can be beneficial since you have an energy recycler. Add 3 Computer Search and 1 Professor Oak for further draw and energy-discarding-ability and 2 Super Potion and 2 Super Energy Removal for their respective effects. Add another Warp Point, and you should be good.

Hopefully this sets you on the right track to improve your deck. Because you have Typhlosion constantly replenishing energy, you can put in energy abusers like Super Potion and Super Energy Removal. Delcatty helps a lot if you can get an early one. Your best bet is to go for a Delcatty first followed immediately with a Typhlosion. Once you have that, you can get another and more Magmortar out.
I used a lot of the strategy from my Typhlosion deck I used for unlimited recently. Expect to see a deck report out for that soon. Regardless, check out my other deck I fixed today and email me with any feedback or questions you want.
