Sneaky Target... I've been at 2
different ones in the past 2 days after Xmas,
but, today, 3rd time's a charm:
IT'S A POKEMON 10TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Target nearest my employment has reset their shelves! The time to check is now! I'm sure others will be following suit shortly: Wave 2 of the 2005 Toy Fair beanies is hitting the shelves--the case contains: 3x Munchlax, 3x Squirtle, 2x Spheal, 2x Skitty and 2x Lotad. More Pokemon figure sets, over 1/2 dozen different, both small and large packs. I snagged a small 3 figure set, Pichu, Pikachu, Raichu--what makes these sets special is they are stickered for the 10th Anniversary! Some of the figures were new pieces, seen at the 2005 Toy Fair; others are from prior set molds. Still, if you missed out on the last waves, here's a chance to fill in your collection with Anniversary year packs! A new electronic Pokedex! That is that for now. Still, isn't that a lot?! Everyone pull out those Target gift cards and keep a close eye on the shelves....... PIKA! Loretta ------------ 12.30.05 update ... And the price-gouging begins. Sigh... (this is why I send ya news, I hate thinking of kids w/just pocket change havin' ta pay 2-3x Target low, low price! Can understand jacking the price when something is sold out, etc., but, this stuff just hit the shelves THIS WEEK!)
