The ladies t-shirts were buy one get one half
off in-store this weekend.
After checking official Pokemon websites for TFG
info, I'm still coming up empty-handed. One of
my local Wal-marts RESTOCKED the Groundbreakers
"Skydive" starter set over the Black Friday
weekend. I don't think fans realize these may
be lurking in the aisles, plus, there isn't
anything on the official sites about the actual
release date. I live in a "test market" city,
so, I am thinking maybe they are feeling the
waters on this set? Still no sign of boosters;
but, going by Amazon.com, those are supposedly
due 12/14, subject to change. Someone was nice
enough to do a great edit on Wikipedia.org of
the update I added of the spoiler list and they
noted the other Starter was going to be
"Whirlwind." However, while in the TCG aisles,
you're bound to find lots of other great holiday
gifts; I noticed World Championships decks were
showing up plus more TCG carded gift packs
including the one with a Buizel and a Gible foil
(at Wal-mart, est. around $15.99 price point).
Prima has a limited edition Diamond & Pearl
bundle with strategy guide and Pokedex due out
mid-December:

It includes an "Exclusive Lenticular Card -
A card bound in with dual Pokémon images and
a compatibility chart on back!" I noticed
EBGames is doing a pre-sell for this on their
website, around $29.99.
Target has new carded TCG packs containing
one Secret Wonders booster, one POP 2-card promo
booster and your choice of either a Squirtle or
Carvanha reverse foil, $4.99. :)
