The Proboscis NOSE... I Mean "Knows"...

Sure dial-up is slow but having Win7 and 6GB RAM means I can see my pictures PRONTO!  What a week for a stay-cation, I NOSED all over town trying to track down a Target that had those elusive new HG/SS Jakks mini-plush.  Finally, Saturday, I found Cyndaquil, Totodile, Chikorita, Elekid and Marrill hanging out in a case--minus the Ho-oh, drats!  Luckily, a Monday off from work meant a chance to check for a restock and wow, I got really lucky--Ho-oh!!!  I'm not sure who has the bigger beak, it looks like Cyndaquil and Ho-oh are comparing.  I'm not sure how happy Pikachu will be to see his rival for Ash's affections back (didn't Chiko evolve?!) but a Marrill in the crosshairs could mean Tracy can't be far behind!  :)  Pictures of the entire set can be found at Pojo sponsor site, toywiz.com.  Here's my first try using Windows Live Essentials Photo Gallery (images below).  I suppose it would help if I bothered to read the instruction manual that came with the nice digicam but I'm so used to using a FILM (that's the stuff you need a darkroom for... :P) 35mm that all this user-friendly point and shoot electronic gobbly-gook ends up being harder for me to decipher.  :O

Anyhow, HG/SS Jakks toys are showing up spottily at select Targets while TRU has yet to stock anything from the newest wave (unless you count those foam Pokeballs).  However, if you missed the electronic plush last time, TRU did get in Platinum series Pikachu, Buneary, Pachirisu and Croagunk.  No signs of Jakks Pokemon at Wal-mart or Meijer in my area...  Stay tuned!  It pays to be NOSY... :)
