I want
to welcome Airknight to our reviews. Didn’t have the chance to
do so last week. That said, let’s start with Lickilicky. It’s as
slow as it can be. All other stats are pretty decent and it has
a pretty good HP. So it knows how to handle a couple strong
hits. It also has a pretty good movepool so we can build some
interesting strategies with this guy.

Curse
benefits your attack, defense and gyro ball. The last 2 depende
on your need, but I have to say explosion is a pretty good
finisher with this one.

Nature: Quiet (+ Special attack, - Speed).
EV’s: 252 HP / 6 Attack / 252 Special Attack.
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Focus Blast / Fire Blast
- Explosion
Life
orb will give you the necessary boost to make this a pretty
decent special sweeper. I strongly suggest you keep explosion,
but you can take it out if you don’t like that move.

Hit and
run. You already know how to… The last move is just in case some
physical tank shows up…
Pros.
Gyro
ball absolutely made slow Pokémon better. Explosion gets STAB
from Lickilicky and its HP is good enough to stand enough turns
for you to use your selected strategy with ease. Not as good as
Snorlax or even Slaking, but good enough.
Counters.
Skarmory is your main issue if you use Lickilicky. Physical
sweepers as Metgross suffer with Earthquake but may be able to
KO Lickilicky first. Gengar is good but be extremely careful of
Gyro ball. It will hurt a lot. Spiritomb is almost a guaranteed
switch.
Bottom line.
As you
