Is it possible to get Jirachi in Sapphire?Does the Space center in MOSSDEEP city have anything to do with it? Also,is Deoxys cacthable?

 

Sorry but there are only 3 ways to get Jirachi in sapphire

1) Game Shark

2) Trade with someone that has jirachi

3) Wait until they make a card for it.
