I'll get back to you on the battle frontier but the latios get a wobbufett at level 35-40 If you need to know how to get one easy the wynaut that hatches out of the egg train it/or put it in the daycare then stock up on 20 of every ball 20 poke's 20 greats and 20 ultras then go hunting.
