in sapphire version i try get feebas in route119 by using old,good,and super rod and

nothing appeard but just tentacool,magikarp,etc. how you make them appeard?

Well Mike feebas is the hard to get first you need to use a rod any rod I prefer good rod go to the lake in after you past the mimic circle fish there keep fishing cause there will be more and more carvanna but feebas only appears in six different spots in the lake so it's so rare once I caught mine and evolved it I breeded it just in case someone needs one.
