jessica you can catch groudon and kyogre befor you beat the elite four after you awoke them then rayquazza will come and stop the fighting then after they go back go to mount pyre Maxie and Archie will be returning the orbs after that you go to the weather institute they will say rain is all over route 105 go there and well just continue on to route 105 once your done go to the weather institute and they will tell you about a drought on route I forgot. 

Since I don't want to ruin a good suprise after you have done all of that e-mail me again.
