go to the celadon city game corner and talk to the poster
pull the switch and solve the maze then you should fight
team rocket after you get the elevator key after team rocket
you will go to another room and fight giovanni after you
defeat him he will give you the silph scope then go back to
lavender town go up to the ghost spirit it will be a marowak
you can not catch him so defeat him and advance up the
steps.
