So, Rosa is essentially your way of making sure your remaining attacks have some bite to them, after Vert has fully procc’d. As for the first skill, with only like 11 potential targets in the deck, scrying the top 7 will more often than not score at least 1 to the hand, but all the same I don’t fancy having to CB1 to bind, as it’s a +0 transaction to unlock what you should have gotten for a bit less effort.

But all the same, there are no better PRISMS. There’s hardly any OTHER PRISMs around, so I guess Rosa will be a mainstay until we have to go with that overdress bullshit in May.
