Rokket Coder – #BLMR-EN006
If this card would be used for the Link Summon of a “Borrel” monster, you can treat this card as a Dragon. You can only use each of the following effects of “Rokket Coder” once per turn. If a Cyberse monster you control would be used as Link Material for a “Code Talker” monster, this card in your hand can also be used as material. If this card you control would be used as Link Material for a “Borrel” monster, 1 DARK monster in your hand can also be used as material.

Finally for these combined cards for main character aces, we see Playmaker and Revolver join together and give us Rokket Coder.
Rokket Coder is a Level 4 DARK Cyberse with 1700 ATK and 300 DEF. Solid ATK for a Level 4, DARK is good, and Cyberse is rich in generic support. It can be treated as a Dragon for the Link Summon of a Borrel monster, for whatever that’s worth. Main thing I can think of is that Quadborrel requires Dragon monsters to summon. The remaining effects are hard once per turn effects, the first letting you use it from hand as Link Material if you would use a Cyberse monster you control to Link Summon a Code Talker monster, which is a generic effect on these Coder monsters, and good to get more materials in the hand for Link Summons rather than being forced to summon them. Finally, if this card you control would be used to Link Summon a Borrel monster, you can use any DARK monster in your hand as material, so making Borrel Links easier to summon as well. All this is really meant to do is mae Code Talkers and Borrel monsters both easier to Link Summon, as it doesn’t offer much outside of that. Both have a good arsenal of Link Monsters, so that’s a positive, and this also means a Cyberse monster is summonable off of Quick Launch if that offers any real value. Fine card, nothing too groundbreaking or broken.
