Prior to Modern Horizons 2, Titania was only part of casual formats like kitchen table and Commander, and the Legacy/Vintage style of eternal format (she’s a staple in Australian Highlander). It’s quite easy to see why: those tournament formats revolve around fetchlands, so you get a bunch of incidental 5/3 tokens just for doing what your deck does normally, not to mention the insanity that results when you combine her with Wasteland, Crucible of Worlds, and the like. As for the kitchen table, there aren’t many decks that “need” her in the same way that tournament decks need things, but she does make you reassess some cards that you might shy away from in other circumstances. If you’re on the fence about Ember Swallower, for example, she is an argument in its favor. And there are a lot of cards from Prophecy that read quite differently when she’s on the table!

A valuable combo piece for the deck that can use her, Titania plays quite well with fetch lands and cards like Scapeshift, giving a lot of value in the face of land destruction or just incidental land usage. A 5/3 body does render her a bit vulnerable to removal like Lightning Bolt, which is a bit of an issue, but she demands answer before the board gets flooded, and she can work as a plan B for decks like Scapeshift/Prime Time.
Constructed: 3 (I think she has a home in one deck in particular, but a great home all the same)
Casual: 4.75
Limited: 3.25
Multiplayer: 3.5
Commander: 4
