Besides having an awesome name, Kooey Kooey
Kooey is an awesome must have card for anyone
thinking about playing JLI. We all know JLI is
all about keeping 4 or fewer resources on the
board (much like TNB) in rder to keep your
characters strong and this card is one way of
making it happen. We all know how good Genosha
is and this card serves as a JLI specific
Genosha - only better since you can now search
for any card in your deck. However, anyone who
plays TNB can tell you with this card timing is
everything. Much like TNB, if you don't have
this card at the right time or you screw up your
resource row, you have just earned yourself 4
dead cards in your deck. Bottom line - Unless
you have had experience with TNB and can play
that build successfully, don't try this build.
It is a tricky build with a lot of luck
associated with it.
Ratings:
DCMA constructed - 3.5/5.0 ..This card is a must
for a JLI deck, but it needs to be played
precisely.
GA constructed - 4.5/5.0 -With more cards out
there to help limit your resources, this card
can certainly make JLI a viable deck option.
Limited - 1.0/5.0 - Forget it - you probably
won't be able to limit your resources or else
you won't have a JLI character to make this
effect happen.

Well, it's no Genosha. Still, it's one of the
cards that enables the JLI "4 or fewer"
strategy, so for that deck (and that deck alone)
it's pretty much an auto-include. Genosha's
"draw 4 cards" is still better in the long run,
but being able to search for anything in your
deck will come in handy as well.
There's not really too much to say about this
card, it's tailor made for JLI decks, so if
you're going for the 4 resource strategy, this
is a 4-of. I've seen the 4 resource strategy
work fairly well in Draft, but taking this card
early forces you into it, so be careful.
Drafting that is like drafting X-Statix or Kang,
if you're the only guy doing it then you can
win, otherwise you're hosed.
Rating: 5/5 in the deck it was designed for, 1/5
in just about anything else.

Location: 2
KO KKK---->If you control 4 or fewer resources
and a JLI character, search your deck for a
card, put it into your hand, and shuffle your
deck.
YAY! the last card of the week is by far the
best and at least around here is turning into
one of the hottest cards from the set (and
hardest to pull). There is absolutely NO
drawbacks to this card. Let's take it piece by
piece.
You need for or fewer resources and a JLI
character. The team stamp is irrelevant as JLI
is the only deck you would want to run this in
away. The basis for JLI is to keep your
resources below 4 anyway. With some very
powerful 5 drops, this deck takes some practice
running, and if you do not end the game by turn
6 you are generally in trouble.
Search your deck for a CARD. You get to search
your deck for any card at all, whether it be
character, plot twist, location, equipment. The
other bonus is that it goes right into your hand
without having to reveal it to your opponent. I
hope your bluffing skills are up to date. The
real trick to this card is knowing when to blow
it and what you need to go get.
This card is a must for a JLI deck running the 4
or fewer resources theme, so of course it is a
rare. If you want to run JLI i suggest you get 4
of this card. If you don't want to run JLI, i
suggest you get this card as cheap as you can.
This is one of the best trading fodder cards in
the set at the moment.
