Today we are going to look at one of the new EE
7-drops, Krona.
Ok...so to start with I guess I should point out
his obvious one-sided stats. Like many of the
7-drops in this set, this guy was made more for
defense than for attack. With stats of 12/18,
this guy is a nice wall that will make you
opponent stop and think for a moment. Now the
nice thing about this guy is his effect. You see
at the start of the combat phase you can move
one of your opponent's unprotected characters to
the hidden area. It may not seem like much at
first, especially since your opponent can simply
protect their best character, however you can
think of it this way. Perhaps your opponent is
protecting something small....simply remove the
protector. Perhaps there is a Blob is the
way...simply remove it to the hidden area.
Perhaps, well...you get the picture. This guy
definitely has potential. He can also attack
without being stunned....well at least that will
be true for the most part. Just make sure you
watch out for those Nasty Surprises.
Btw...This guy may be a good way of destroying
equipment...after all equipment doesn't transfer
to the hidden area....
Ratings
DCMA constructed - 3.5/5.0 ....I can't really
see this guy being bad in this format...
GA constructed - 3.5/5.0 ....With flight, range,
and a great defense this guy isn't too bad...
Limited - 4.0/5.0 ....This character's effect
will come in much more handy in this format...

"YOU ARE
BANISHED!!!"
Krona, Creator of the Anti-Matter Universe
Number: DGL-051
Rarity: Common
Card Type: Character
Cost: 7
Team: Emerald Enemies
Attack: 12
Defense: 18
Range: Yes
Flight: Yes
Willpower 5
At the start of the combat phase, you may have
the controller of target unprotected character
move it to his hidden area.
Cost: 7
His effect makes the cost necessary.
ATK/DEF: 12/18
Horrible ATK stat, but great DEF stat to make up
for it.
Range/Flight:
Both; giving full versatility on the field.
Effect:
Great effect, you can get rid of any threat you
wish as Hidden characters can't defend their
owner.
Team Affiliation: Emerald Enemies
Not too bad a team, but there's better ones. He
lacks Loyalty, so he's splashable in any deck.,
which is great news for him.
Overall:
He works best for getting rid of a major threat,
allowing you to either make a direct attack, or
clobber their weaker characters.
4.0/5.0
Modern Age:
A great way to open things up to bash their
lesser characters for a turn.
His high DEF makes team-ups or power-ups a
neccesity.
4.0/5.0
Golden Age:
Not usable here, but 5.0/5.0 for effort.
Limited:
Big is big here, but with him being a common,
expect to run against him as well.
5.0/5.0
