Superior
One of the things that makes the Brotherhood
reservist deck better than the Avengers
reservist deck is the fact that Brotherhood has
a search card. Sovereign Superior allows you to
discard a Brotherhood character to go searching
for ANY reservist. This means that you can
splash in other affiliated reservist characters
without the worry of not being able to retrieve
them when needed. This card is certainly a must
for the Brotherhood Reservist deck.
Ratings:
MMA constructed - 4.0/5.0 ...Sure you have to
discard a Brotherhood character, but you will
probably be playing mostly Brotherhood anyways.
GA constructed - 3.0/5.0 ...This is a great
search tutor for reservist decks...so long as
you have enough Brotherhood characters.
Limited - 2.5/5.0 ...A tutor is a tutor is a
tutor

Today's card is your basic, run of the mill
character tutor. Discard a Brotherhood character
to snag a reservist. It does enable the Avangers/Brotherhood
reservist builds, and also is good for
mono-Brotherhood reservist as well. Could be
good for Silver Age if Crisis has any splashable
reservists.
In Limited, this is a tricky early pick. If you
take it too soon, you'll be forcing yourself
into Brotherhood reservist, but if you let it
pass, you've given a tutor to your podmates.
Hope and pray to see this about the middle of
pack 1. If you've already decided on
Brotherhood, then you can take this whenever on
packs 2 and 3.

Plot Twist: 2
As an additional cost to play SS, discard a
brotherhood character card.
Search your deck for a reservist card, reveal
it, and put it into your hand. Shuffle your
deck.
There really isn't much to say about this card.
It is your average search card for a team. This
one is specifically stamped for Brotherhood
reserves (regular brotherhood would have been
awesome, but oh well.). Discard one to get one.
This is a must for a this deck, but if you are
going to team-up Brotherhood with a team out of
avengers, then i would use EoME instead.
That's about it..........pretty complex today :)
