Lacuna -
Media Darling
Well if you have no other way to get your team
up early on, there is always Lacuna. Lacuna is
the type of unaffiliated character that only
belongs in a variation affiliated deck. Her
stats are a little low, but that is ok since the
only reason you want her anyway is so that you
can go get your team up early. Of course this
card does regulate you to using Marvel Team-up
and as anyone can tell you there are better
team-stamped team-ups out there... but hey - a
team-up is a team-up. Since she can take on the
team affiliations of any that you control, this
card certainly isn't going to hurt you too
badly...it is just a question of how badly you
need her effect.
Ratings:
MMA constructed - n/a
GA constructed - 2.0/5.0 ...Team-ups just aren't
what they used to be...and besides there are
more ways to get them these days.
Limited - 2.5/5.0 ...With the reprint of Marvel
Team-up in this set, it isn't a bad idea to play
this card. |
