Range
Punisher can be equipped with two equipment.
While Punisher is equipped with more than one
equipment, whenever he stuns a character, KO
that character.
The Legendary cards are super broken. Those
cards, like Wolverine, Human Torch, and this
Punisher, have effects worth building decks
around.
This Punisher, which I have built a deck around,
takes no crap from anyone. At all. All you need
is two equipment. Two M-60s ought to do it.
15/7, and KO anyone he stuns? Are they freaking
serious? He doesn’t even have to attack, he can
sit back, let someone else attack him, and get
KO’d.
Or you can do the crazy Fate crap everyone’s
been talking about, bringing him up to a 15/11.
Or you can give him an M-60 and a Scattergun,
and KO 2 characters with 1 attack.
And if you get him in a draft, and a decent
amount of equipment, you basically win the game.

Puniser can be equpped with two equipment.
While Punisher is equipped with more than one
equipment, whenever he stuns a character, KO
that character.
Holy cool beans. I'm a big fan of
equipment cards, and Franky boy here is
deffintly on my 'to play' list for my Marvel
Knights deck. You play this bad boy here (OK,
this average stat guy) on turn four, then dump
two Dual Side Arms on him? You have yourself an
11/7 (Sabertooth anyone?) who Insta-KO's
anything he stuns. Sure, you can find better
Equipment than Dual Sidearms, but I was just
thinking of something cheap and common.
Sealed: 3/5 You may not get alot of equipment
in this format, but Punisher is a average 4
drop. He is far from bad, but nothing
spectacular unless you get to Equipment on him.
Constructed: 4/5 Punisher can be pretty scarey
if equipped right. He can just sit around and
flatten your opponants team. |

I loved the other four drop Punisher. He was
one of my favorite cards. Then this guy comes
and I'm conflicted. I can be equipped with TWO
equipments?! I was like ok, whatever. Then I
looked at the second effect. I immediately want
to buy more packs of this set, just to get more
equipment, just to equip to him. When I stun a
defender, go to that KO'd pile. Wait, when I
stun a character....I see. You really mean that
quote now. This isn't about justice. This
really is punishment.
Sealed - 3.5 (He HAS to
be equipped to get that cool, top tier,
upper-crust effect. Still has range, still is a
7/7.)
Constructed - 4.5 (He is SO
good. Stuns either side of the initiative and
that character literally gets
punished. A fitting effect.) |
