Round 1- Edmun- Morlocks/Evasion

My Initiative: Odds

 

I won the die roll. I have my drops 1-7, & Edmun have 1-6. Unfortunately I didn't drew a single copy of mansion & steroid cards. In the end of turn 7, I'm -11 & Edmun has -12 but he have a "The Alley" to burn me up. Well to cut it short I lose the game. But it was I nice game. Very close.

Bye is not actually I want after I lose my 1^st game. Well that's life.

Round 3- Carl- Brotherhood Reservist

My Initiative: Odds

 

I drew enough steroid cards (except of Mansion, still I didn't drew) to finish him in the 7^th turn although he recruited Colossus (18 atk & 18 def) & I have Herc. But it's a close game though.

Round 4- RC- Avengers Reservist

My Initiative: Evens

 

My team mate RC using his fave deck, the Avengers Reservist deck. He won the die roll. In my test playing experience w/ my deck against mirror, my winning chances w/ evens initiative is 50-50. I can win if he misses Herc in the 7^th turn, in turn 7 he missed Herc. Unfortunately I also miss my own Herc too & I still not drew even a copy of Mansion in 4^th consecutive game . RC has the tools to finish me off. W/ Mansion, & a couple of "Heroes in Reserve", I scooped.

Round 5- Nhel- Avengers Reservist

My Initiative: Odds

 

I missed my my 5^th  drop (& still haven't drew a Mansion). & He recruited his characters perfectly. Even I'm at odds, he manage to drew his steroid cards, in the 6^th turn since I missed my She-Hulk (fortunate for me in the 5^th turn I sent his She-Hulk  back to his hand thanks to Carol & Rick Jones), his Wonderman stun my Hawkeye then I chained to stun his Rick Jones. I can't stun his Hawkeye because I lack in reservist resource. His Wonderman attacks my Wonderman, then Hawkeye directly. He power up twice. Since my endurance is down to 10. It's enough to finish me off. My top 8 run ends here, but I still play. To get atleast a couple of X-men packs. ( ",)

Round 6- Cris- Squadron Supreme

My Initiative: Evens

 

It was a tight game. 1^st time in game I finally Mansion (two of them), he missed his 4^th drop so I deal huge amount of breakthrough. In the 5^th turn his initiative, instead of Nuke he recruited Archer. He failed to win the the 5^th. In the 6^th my initiative, I recruited Wonderman to stun his Lady Lark. He burn me w/ Archer's effect. I'm down to -1 he's endurance is 16. I have newly recruited Wonderman , She-Hulk, & Hawkeye. & he don't have a recruit this turn. So it's Archer all alone. I used 2 Mansions & a "Heroes in Reserve" win this game.

Round 7- Dante- Masters of Evil/Avengers

My Initiative: Evens

 

Against this deck my "System Failure" comes handy since his drops are smaller guys.

I able to drew a Mansion here & a "Earth's Mightiest Heroes". To finish him in the 6th turn ^.

Round 8- Freddie- Squadron Supreme

My Initiative: Evens

 

It's the final game. Freddie is my friend & my team mate, he have recruited his 1-5 characters same as me (except for Rick Jones). But he only drew a copy of Flying Kick, & he didn't finish me in the 5^th. In the since I go berserk (2 copies of mansion, & a copy of "Earth's Mightiest"). He scooped & I win! ( ",)

I ranked 13^th, I saw the ranking list. I realize if I only win one more game, I'm in the top 8. Well next month hope I do well. I get my 2 packs. & I went home. It was a blast! Hope you guys like my tourney report. Thanks!
