— Upper Deck Entertainment (UDE)
invites comic and gaming enthusiasts
to join the Justice League of
America’s (JLA) fight against the
machinations of the Injustice Gang
as UDE hosts one of the biggest
Sneak Preview Events of the year.
On Saturday
and Sunday, October 29 & 30, UDE
will host
JLA
Sneak Preview Tournaments
across North America, which
offers new and veteran players an
advanced look at the new card set
featuring the World’s Greatest
Superhero Team before it release in
November.
The
new JLA set powers up the industry’s
top-rated trading card game system
with the Magnificent Seven
(Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The
Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman, and
Martian Manhunter), in addition to
Justice League International
(Booster Gold, Blue Beetle, Captain
Marvel), the Injustice Gang (Lex
Luthor, The Joker), and the Secret
Society of Super-Villains (Darkseid,
Gorilla Grodd).
JLA’s
packaging will showcase original
artwork by legendary comic artist
Alex Ross, and Ross’ extraordinary
art rendition of the most powerful
DC Comic Super Heroes of all time.
Each participant in a Sneak Preview
Sealed Pack event will receive five
Justice League of America
boosters and will then use those
cards to construct a 30-card deck to
play in the tournament. All
participants will receive two foil
Extended Art Promo cards just for
showing up, and top finishers of
each event will receive brand new
Vs. System play mats and deck boxes.

incorporates the new Vs.

battles in a TCG format. In Vs.
System
games, each player begins the game
with his or her own team of DC Super
HeroesÔ
or DC Super VillainsÔ,
and then tries to knock out all of
his or her opponents. The game is
specially designed to be played at
every level of competition, from
casual games to professional-level
tournaments, and can be played in a
variety of different formats with
any number of players.
