Jubilee Arcspark
Ally
Alliance
Cost: 3
Attack: 3
Health: 3
Untargetable
When Jubilee Arcspark is revealed from your deck by
a quest, draw a card.
This card is good, but will have a
hard time finding a place in the current tier 1
decks.
They could replace Jeleana
Nightbreeze, but then you need to play more cards to
seek them out, cards like Kibler’s Exotic Pets.
Sealed: 3/5
Constructed: 4/5
Casual: 4/5

woot! new
cards! Let us start, shall we??
Jubilee Arcsparck (Alliance)
3 Cost, 3 ATK (Arcane), 3 Health
Ally- Gnome Mage
Untargetable
When Jubilee Arcsparck is revealed from your
deck by a quest, draw a card.
OK... Um... lets start off by saying I
like the pic and name... deffinetly a gnome
name. I love it. On to the cards abilites.
Untargetable means that this like gnome won't be
getting popped anytime soon with a random
Fireball. She's a 3/3 for 3, which isn't bad at
all. As for her other ability, I don't know how
many quests there are that allow you to reveal
cards from your deck, but if she gets revealed
you get to draw a card. That could be pretty
cool, I think.
Sealed: 4/5 She's a 3/3 for 3, so she's a
decent Ally even without her other ability. Oh,
and she is untargetable.
Constructed: 3/5 Her stats and untargetable
make her a solid ally, but I'm not so sure about
her second ability.
Casual: 3/5
Raid: 2/5 Not totally uselss, but unless her
second ability has some serious uses, she won't
see much raid play.

Jubilee Arcspark
Now here is an interesting little card. Let's first
look at it's stats: 3 Cost, 3 Attack and 3 Health.
Not super, but not bad either. But we aren't running
this card for it's stats.
Given that Zapped Giants, Kibler's Exotic Pets, Big
Game Hunter, and the new One Draenei's Junk Quest
cards are pretty much seen in every deck, depending
on it's build, it's pretty easy to pull off
Arcsparks effect.
What's more, by triggering her effect, you turn a +1
situation into a +2. Oh, and did I mention she was
Untargetable?
While I feel that cards like Warden Ravella have
more utility for the same cost, the simple fact is
that outside of a Draenei Shaman deck, Alliance
decks lack the raw draw power afforded to Horde
decks. Will Arcspark be able to fill the void? It's
really hard to say, but I can tell you that Arcspark
is a step in the right direction.
------------------------------------
Sealed:
4/5 - Draw Combos are more difficult to pull-off
without the right cards, but the chances of getting
some Zapped Giants, Kiblers, etc.. are pretty good.
Constructed:
4/5 - +1's are always good, and Alliance needs all
the draw power it can get.
Casual:
4/5 - see constructed
Raid:
4/5 - see constructed

JUBILEE ARCSPARK
Ahh Jubilee. Alliance gets its
first 3 drop Untargetable. But the BIG question
is whether this card will take the place of, or
at least support the other Alliance 3 drop
staple Parvink?
For stats Jubilee probably wins-
3-3 untargetable vs a 2-2 protector. Ya, the
protector is great and you don’t need more than
2 attack to down most 3 drop allies with 2
health, but Jubilee has that extra attack point
for those bigger monsters, and won’t die to a
2-1 1-drop. The best thing is the untargetable.
If you run all untargetable allies, which is a
possibility after FOO if you just go with
untargetable beat-down, you’ll only have to
worry about protecting your hero from being
targeted to stop most all ability damage. But I
digress.
Now the effect. Parvink just
gets you a card where Jubilee needs help. Draw
a card if she is revealed from your deck by a
quest. First of all, you need quests that
reveal cards instead of ones that just draw you
cards. You can miss a lot with Kibler’s or
Zapped, etc.. Second, that results in you
showing the cards in your deck to your
opponent. That means all the ones going to the
bottom of the deck as well as the ones you’ll be
playing. So if you run a lot of reveal quests,
your opponent will learn a lot about your deck,
the cards you won’t be drawing because they’re
at the bottom, and what’s in your hand. That’s
a lot of information to give up for the
possibility of drawing cards through Jubilee.
Third, at best, Jubilee is best left in the deck
to be revealed again by another quest. If you
do a Kibler’s and reveal a couple allies with
Jubilee, you could draw from Jubilee after you
get your other ally with the quest. Leave
Jubilee on the bottom for later revealing
again. But to use her you need to shuffle your
deck somehow to get her off the bottom.
So I don’t know if I’d give up my
Parvink for her yet, but maybe in a deck with a
bunch of allies, Kibler’s, and the new Quest for
later review, One Draenei’s Junk.
Sealed: 4.0 Good here
b/c card draw is tough.
Constructed: 2.5 Eh- Doesn’t
beat Parvink for me.
Casual: 3.0 Stick her
in an all gnome deck.
Raid:
2.5 I don’t know.

Jubilee
Arcspark
A card
with plenty of hype, and the mettle to live
up to it. Standard 3-drop stats at 3/3, but
with 2 powerful effects. Untargetable is
probably one of the best powers in the game,
and at 3 health and Untargetable, Jubilee is
able to withstand most Area of Effect spells
including favourites Chain Lightning and
Consecration and the new Shadowfury.
Her
unique added effect is just icing on the
cake. Kibler's and Draenei Junk can pick her
up AND set off her effect to gain an extra
card. We all know Kibler's is good, and IMO
Junk is even better in the kind of deck
Jubilee will be appearing in.
And none
of this is hypothetical either. In my
testing Jubilee is an absolute pest for
opponents, as that pivotal 3 health sets her
above her Untargetable predecessors. And
it's so satisfying to see her with a quest,
and even more satisfying to see your
opponent's expression as they think to
themself 'lucksackin n00b'.
