Giving you’re Hero long-range always is a good
thing. Combine it with a Krol Blade or a Arcanite
Reaper and you are solid. And if you’re a Hunter you
get to do 3 ranged damage to a target.

Hunter: When Blastershot Launcher enters play, your
hero deals 3 ranged damage to target hero or ally.
The effect speaks for itself, if you run a hunter
deck try to run at least one of these.
Damage is decent and given the long range status the
cost is right on the money

Well, this card is pretty darn cool. Long Range is
always helpful in keeping you alive while you ping
away your enemy, and this wonderful rifle has, at
least for hunters, the added benefit of dealing 3
damage when it comes into play. Over all, a solid
ranged weapon.

Constructed: 4/5 much fun and many uses here.
Casual: 4/5 Just as much fun. YAY!
Raid (Onyxia): 3/5 Its pretty solid here... when it
comes into play, you can pop a whelp or do an extra
3 to Ony.

This is a
great gun....for a hunter for the other classes
that can use it, it's cost is a bit much for its
stats (3ATK, 2 to swing bleh), but the hunter
can take full advantage of this card dealing 3
ranged damage when it comes into play.
For
rogue/warrior this is, at best, 2/5 for all
formats...there are just better ranged weapons
for these 2 classes.
But
for Hunter:

Not only is it Molten Core week, so
far it seems to be Hunter week too! Getting
to the review, this card is pretty sweet if
you ask me. I'm a big fan of all the Hunter
decks and lets face it, you wouldn't really
use this card in a warrior or rogue deck,
the cost is too high.
In a solo Hunter deck this would be well
suited. A 5 cost card means you're not going
to see it before turn 5 but I think its
worth the wait. Having Long rage is a nice
ability, especially for a hunter. A 2 strike
cost is great for a 3 attack weapon with
long-range. Then dealing 3 extra ranged
damage when it enters play is great.
Pairing this card up with Dragonstalkers
Legguards could lead to some serious damage.
