Reward: Draw a card for each other quest you have.
Well, hmm. This quest card is
definitely
not as good as it appears at first glance. When I
first looked at it, I was like "HOLY SNAP! I'mma
draw a ton of card!" But not so much so. 10 is
expensive, I don't care who you are. And unless you
are playing REALLY heavy on the quest cards, you may
as well just play "In Dreams".
Sealed: 1/5 This card will be next to useless in a
limited environment. Quest cards won't show up
enough to make this one worth playing.
Constructed: 2/5 Slightly more usable in
Constructed than in Sealed, here you can at least
put alot of quests in your deck in hopes of pulling
it off. But then you run the risk of playing too
many quest cards.
Casual: 3/5 here it could be fun, if you get to
pull it off, but don't hope for that too often.
Raid: 1/5 Here, it just doesn't really have any
practicle use. Again, I dont' see there being
enough quests in a deck to make this card worth its
cost.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY...
Now this one is tough to get
off. Pay 10 to draw a card for each other quest
you have. Well let’s see. This game currently
has draw power of about 1 card for 2.5 resources
depending on whether you’re using quests or
abilities. We have a new quest that says pay 5
to draw 2 cards. So 2 of those is pay 10 to
draw 4 cards. So if you’re using In Case of
Emergency, you want to have at LEAST 4 other
quests when you do this one so you’re breaking
even. If you survive to turn 10 while using no
more than 5 quests to draw cards to this point,
then you will be using all of your resources on
turn 10 to draw 4 cards. If you can get 5 or
more cards, you’re ahead, but you have to use a
whole turn to do it. I guess it depends on
whether you’ve got a big enough defense set up
to allow you to do this.

This card is, in a word, stupid.
Not even playable until turn 10, this card almost
forces you to leave Quests uncompleted to make it
worthwhile.
Just run "In Dreams".
